What We Collect

Pika collects only the information you provide directly: your email address, practice name, and self-reported practice profile (specialty, services, payer mix, and billing status).

What We Do NOT Collect

• No patient data, PHI, or medical records, ever.
• No EHR or billing system access.
• No cookies for advertising or third-party tracking beyond basic analytics.

How We Use Your Data

• To match CPT billing opportunities to your practice profile.
• To power Ask Pika AI responses tailored to your specialty and payer mix.
• To send you monthly billing alerts (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (encrypted at rest and in transit). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Dashboard → Account. Alternatively, email support@askpika.com and we will delete your data within 48 hours.

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered Ask Pika responses
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Vercel: Application hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
